1. About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of kateoram.co.uk and any products purchased through it, including The Performance System, The Three A's and the Self Belief Reset. By using our site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
Our products are provided by T Reed and Son Ltd, trading as Kate Oram. Registered address: 20A Church Street, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB10 1JW. ICO registration: C1929964.
2. Our products
The Performance System is a five-week structured coaching programme delivered digitally. It includes weekly content, coaching tools and personal written feedback from Kate Oram on each weekly submission. Access is granted on receipt of payment and continues indefinitely.
The Three A's is a standalone digital coaching module applying the Analyse, Action, Achieve framework across Health, Personal and Work domains. It includes personal written feedback from Kate Oram on submission. Access is granted on receipt of payment and continues indefinitely.
The Self Belief Reset is a free digital resource available on completion of an email sign-up. No payment is required.
3. Payment and access
All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
The Performance System: £395 one-off payment. Access granted immediately on payment confirmation. The Three A's: £47 one-off payment. Access granted immediately on payment confirmation.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a product you have paid for, please contact kate@kateoram.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Coaching feedback
Kate Oram aims to respond to all weekly check-in submissions and Three A's submissions within 48 hours. This is a target, not a guarantee. Response times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand. Kate will communicate any significant delays to affected members.
Feedback is personal to you and provided in good faith based on the information you submit. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account, keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others, use our products for personal development purposes only, and not reproduce, distribute or resell any content from our products without written permission.
Your coaching responses and reflections are your own. You retain ownership of any content you submit through our products.
6. Intellectual property
All content on kateoram.co.uk, including the coaching frameworks, exercises, written content, audio and video materials, is the intellectual property of T Reed and Son Ltd or Kate Oram and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, T Reed and Son Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email where possible.
