Kate Oram is a performance coach operating under T Reed and Son Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 20A Church Street, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB10 1JW. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number C1929964.

This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use kateoram.co.uk and any associated products including The Performance System, The Three A's and the Self Belief Reset.

2. What information we collect

Account and identity information: When you create an account or purchase a product, we collect your name and email address. We may also collect a password, which is stored securely and never visible to us in plain text.

Payment information: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers. Stripe may retain payment records in accordance with their own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

Coaching responses and reflections: When you use our coaching products, you submit written responses to exercises, check-ins and reflective questions. This content is stored securely and reviewed by Kate Oram as part of the coaching service you have purchased.

Email address for marketing: If you sign up for a free resource such as the Self Belief Reset, your email address is added to our mailing list, managed via Kit (formerly ConvertKit). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Technical information: We may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, for the purposes of security and improving our service.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and manage the coaching products and services you have purchased; to send you access links, feedback and programme-related communications; to send you occasional marketing emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time); to process payments securely via Stripe; to improve our products and services; and to meet our legal obligations.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We will never share your coaching responses or reflections with anyone other than Kate Oram without your explicit consent.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR.

Contract: Processing your name, email and coaching responses is necessary to deliver the services you have purchased.

Legitimate interests: We may process technical data to maintain the security and performance of our platform.

Consent: If you have signed up to receive marketing emails, we process your email address on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your account and coaching data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter in case you wish to return to your work. If you request deletion of your account and data, we will action this within 30 days. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for accounting and legal purposes.

Email marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct any inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict how we process your data, and withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time.
